What we collect and why

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use this information for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this website, but we plan to introduce analytics in the near future to help us understand how visitors use our site. When we do, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process contact form submissions based on your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for 3 years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to host this website and store data on our behalf. Where these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data to any third party.
